Calorie+ 是装在你 iPhone 上的热量日记。我们不设账号，不把你的日记、照片或健康数据上传到我们的服务器。本政策说明本机处理了哪些信息，以及与 Apple 的关系。
以下信息只保存在你的设备上（系统设置中的 App 数据 / UserDefaults），用于算出「今天还能吃多少」并记下日记：
我们不收集姓名、邮箱、电话、精确位置，也不做广告标识或跨 App 追踪。
你可以对准一餐拍照，或从相册选一张图，以便在本机估计食物和热量。识别在设备上完成（含本机机器学习模型），照片不会上传。保存一餐时，日记只记下名称与热量，不保存照片。不使用相机或相册不影响其它功能。
连接健康是可选项。你同意后，Calorie+ 仅为健康与健身功能使用 HealthKit，不用于广告、营销或数据挖掘，也不会把健康数据交给我们或任何广告方。
可随时在 iPhone「设置 → 健康 → 数据访问与设备」关闭授权。删除 Calorie+ 不会自动删掉已写入「健康」的样本；那些数据仍在健康 App 里，由你自行删除。
我们不使用 iCloud 或自有云同步健康数据。若你备份整台 iPhone，系统备份可能包含本 App 的本地数据，那是 Apple 的设备备份，不是我们收集。
本版本无 App 内购买、无订阅。安装与更新走 App Store。我们不处理付款，拿不到银行卡信息。Apple 另有自己的隐私政策。
本 App 使用 Google Firebase（Analytics、Crashlytics）以了解稳定性与总体使用情况（如安装、会话、崩溃栈）。这些数据不关联账号（本 App 无账号），也不用于广告投放或跨 App 追踪。日记内容、餐食照片与健康数据不会通过 Firebase 上传。识别模型仍在本机运行。Firebase 的处理适用 Google / Firebase 隐私说明。除 Apple 与 Firebase 外，不内嵌广告或登录 SDK。
本地日记在你删除 App 或清除本 App 数据后即从这台设备移除。健康 App 中的数据需在健康里单独处理。我们没有你的云端副本，因此无法替你远程删除或导出一份「服务器上的档案」。
Calorie+ 面向一般用户的健康日记，不以 13 岁以下儿童为对象，不要求注册。若你是监护人，请自行决定是否让未成年人使用。
热量与识别结果为估算，用于日常记录，不能诊断、治疗或替代医生意见。做出健康决定前请咨询专业人士。
日记、照片与健康数据仍留在本机，我们不把它们传到自有服务器。Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics 的诊断与用量数据可能由 Google 在其基础设施（含境外）处理，适用 Google / Firebase 规则。你与 Apple 的关系（系统、健康）适用 Apple 的规则。

Calorie+ is a calorie diary on your iPhone. There is no account. We do not upload your diary, photos, or health data to our servers. This policy describes what is processed on this device and how Apple is involved.
The following stays on your device (app storage / UserDefaults) so the app can show remaining calories and keep a diary:
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location. We do not track you across apps or use the data for advertising.
You may photograph a meal or pick a library image for an on-device calorie estimate (including on-device machine-learning models). Photos are not uploaded. Saving a meal stores the name and kcal only — not the photo. Camera and library access are optional.
Connecting Health is optional. If you allow it, Calorie+ uses HealthKit only for health and fitness features. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or data mining, and is not shared with us or any advertiser.
Revoke access in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices. Deleting Calorie+ does not remove samples already written to the Health app; delete those there if you want them gone.
We do not sync health data with iCloud or our own cloud. If you back up this iPhone, iOS may include this app’s local data in that backup. That is Apple’s device backup, not collection by us.
This version has no in-app purchase and no subscription. Install and updates go through the App Store. We do not process payments and never receive your card number. Apple has its own privacy policy.
Calorie+ uses Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) for stability and aggregate usage (installs, sessions, crash stacks). There is no account, so this data is not tied to a login, and it is not used for ads or cross-app tracking. Your diary, meal photos, and Health data are not uploaded via Firebase. Recognition still runs on-device. See Google / Firebase privacy. Besides Apple and Firebase, the app embeds no ads or sign-in SDKs.
The on-device diary is removed when you delete the app or its data. Health samples remain in Health until you delete them there. We hold no cloud copy, so we cannot remotely erase or export a server-side file for you.
Calorie+ is a general wellness diary. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not require an account. A parent or guardian should decide whether a minor may use it.
Calorie figures and food recognition are estimates for a personal log. They do not diagnose or treat, and they do not replace a clinician. Check with a professional before health decisions.
Diary, photos, and Health data stay on this device; we do not send them to our own servers. Diagnostic and usage data from Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics may be processed on Google infrastructure (including outside your country), under Google / Firebase rules. Your relationship with Apple (system, Health) is governed by Apple.
We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Continued use means you are aware of the current policy.
